Rescheduling & Cancellations

Once we have set an appointment, that time, as well as the time and energy to prepare for it, is reserved just for you.


I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. Should a conflict suddenly arise and you need to reschedule, so long as you communicate that need to me at least 24 hours in advance, I will apply your deposit to a new date. If you need to reschedule a second time, it will be considered a cancellation.


If you must cancel, you forfeit your original deposit as a cancellation fee.  


If you no call-no show our appointment, the remaining balance of your reservation is still due. 

All fees are to be paid within 48 hours.


In the event that I must cancel, you can expect a 100% refund within 3 business days.

Appointment Confirmation

I'll always send  you an email or text the morning of our date to confirm the logistics. Please let me know when you are en route to me so that I have time to make any last minute preparations - if I'm visiting you, I'll do the same! 


If you would like to use me as a reference, please ask me via email. If I do not have record of your permission, I will not give out any information regarding our time together.
